Connectivity was frustrating. the WiFi signal dropped frequently in some areas, hindering necessary online access for guests.

I stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the beautiful trails nearby. The location is peaceful, nestled by the river and surrounded by stunning mountain views. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day. However, as a light sleeper, I found the proximity to the road and railway line a bit concerning, so it's worth checking which room you're assigned. Overall, a nice experience with great outdoor access.

The breakfast buffet offered a delightful start to the day, with a good mix of options to please different tastes. The location boasts stunning mountain views, delivering a picturesque backdrop for the whole stay.

Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway and train disrupted sleep, making it tough to rest properly. Renovations are desperately needed. the toilet had visible stains and the shower was in dire need of an upgrade, creating an overall feeling of neglect in the room.

The breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring diverse options including gluten-free selections, perfect for energizing before a day of activities.

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite remote, and the only transportation option nearby—the No.2 bus—runs infrequently, which can be a hassle if you miss it.

this place was mildly okay, but the dorms were too cramped for comfort. Bathroom? more like a shoebox! i really thought i would be given a complimentary upgrade, but no! i almost gave this a good review, but it just didn’t have that 'special touch'. sadly disappointed overall, ladies and gentlemen, don’t fall for the fancy pictures!

Overall, the place had charm but needs better facilities for the dormitory setup.

I had a fantastic stay at l'arveyron open house! The wonderfully tasty breakfast and the peaceful location next to a forest made my relaxing break enjoyable. It exceeded my expectations, being just a short walk to the city center, which i appreciated as a solo traveler.

It was just a smart choice for a flash visit in Chamonix with great value. The mountain views from the room were stunning and added a nice touch to the stay. Make sure to check bus times for easier access to the center.
